1.1 The Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , stipulating the rights and obligations of both parties regarding your downloading, installation, opening, registration, login, and use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Use") of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor . A minor's exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement shall be deemed as having obtained the guardian's approval.
1.4 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor provides you with services including but not limited to the following:
  1. In Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , we provide services such as AI content generation based on artificial intelligence model technology;
  2. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor directly owns or operates servers and network storage space;
  3. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor offers you a variety of value-added services;
  4. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor offers you additional technologies and/or services.
  5. Account registration, use and cancellation

2.1 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services provide a registration channel. Before using this service, we need you to register and log in with your mobile phone number. You have the right to choose a valid combination of characters as your account and set a password that meets security requirements. Your mobile phone number and SMS verification code are the credentials you use to log in and use Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services. Collecting mobile phone numbers is necessary to comply with national laws and regulations regarding real-name registration (real identity information authentication) on the internet. If you refuse to provide your mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with the relevant functions of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor .
2.2 You understand and promise that the account you set up must not violate national laws and the relevant rules of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , must not engage in any behavior that infringes on national interests, harms the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is harmful to social morality, and must not contain illegal or harmful information in your account name, avatar, profile, or other personal information. You must not open an account in the name of another person without their permission (including but not limited to impersonating another person's name, title, trade name, avatar, or other means that are likely to cause confusion), and you must not maliciously register Nara Studio: AI Image Editor accounts (including but not limited to frequent registration, bulk registration of accounts, etc.).
2.3 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor reserves the right to review the information you submit. During account registration and use, you must comply with the "seven bottom lines" requirements: laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, moral standards, and the authenticity of information.
2.4 When registering, using, and managing your account, you must ensure the authenticity of the identity information you provide during registration. Please use true, accurate, legal, and valid identity verification materials and necessary information (including your name, email address, contact number, and contact address) when registering and managing your account. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in true identity information. Please complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations so that we can contact you or provide you with better services when necessary. Please also pay attention to updating the above-mentioned relevant information in a timely manner. If the materials or information you submit are inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or if we have reason to suspect that the information is incorrect, untrue, or illegal, you may not be able to use Nara Studio: AI Image Editor or its services, or some functions may be restricted during use.

、 use

Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services normally and reasonably , and shall not engage in the following behaviors:
  1. Excessive use: Users must not overuse or abuse Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services, including but not limited to abnormally high frequency of requests and abnormally large amounts of data transfer.
  2. Auxiliary Invocation: Users shall not use any illegal, malicious or unauthorized automated, semi-automated, auxiliary programs or code to invoke Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services in a way that affects the normal operation of the services or harms the rights and interests of other users.
  3. Other abnormal usage behavior: Users shall not engage in any other behavior that affects the normal operation of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users.
In response to the user's aforementioned behavior, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
  1. Restricting users' rights to use the service;
  2. Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the provision of services to users;
  3. Immediately suspend or terminate the user account.
the user shall bear corresponding legal responsibility for the losses caused to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor by the aforementioned actions , and shall compensate Nara Studio: AI Image Editor for the losses suffered as a result.
3.2 Your account is for your personal use only. Without the written consent of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , you are prohibited from giving, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise licensing the use of this account to others in any form. If Nara Studio: AI Image Editor discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, in order to protect account security, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to the registered account, or cancel the account. If you are a minor, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor will restrict your usage in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear full legal responsibility for all activities you undertake in the name of your registered account, including but not limited to any legal liabilities arising from any data modification, statements made, or payments made by you on Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services. You should attach great importance to the confidentiality of your account and password, and under no circumstances should you disclose your account and password to others. If you discover that someone else is using your account without permission or any other security vulnerabilities occur, you should immediately notify Nara Studio: AI Image Editor .
3.4 In case of account loss or password forgetting, you can promptly appeal through Nara Studio: AI Image Editor to retrieve your account or password. You understand and acknowledge that Nara Studio: AI Image Editor 's password retrieval mechanism only needs to verify that the information filled in on the appeal form matches the information recorded in the system, and cannot verify whether the appellant is the true authorized user of the account. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor specifically reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. You should log out securely after use. If your account is stolen or your password is lost due to your own improper safekeeping or other force majeure factors, you will bear the corresponding responsibility yourself.
3.5 You shall be solely responsible for any loss or theft of your account caused by malicious attacks from others, your own actions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor shall not be held liable in any way.
3.6 If Nara Studio: AI Image Editor restricts your use of all or part of the functions of your account in accordance with this agreement and related rules, it may cause you certain losses. You understand that you shall bear such losses yourself, and Nara Studio: AI Image Editor shall not be liable.
3.7 Your identity information is the basis for our identification; please keep it safe. Operations and instructions issued using your identity information are considered as made by you. You are solely responsible for any risks and losses arising from the misuse, theft, or illegal use of your account, password, or other information due to your actions. You agree that we may employ different verification measures to identify you based on different terminals and your usage habits.
Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to reclaim your account nickname if you do not log in for the first time after registration or if you do not log in to your account for more than one year .

、 Cancellation

4.1 You have the right to request account cancellation from Nara Studio: AI Image Editor . After cancelling your Nara Studio: AI Image Editor account, you will no longer be able to log in and use Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services with this account. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor will also cease providing you with our various products and services under this account. Furthermore, once a Nara Studio: AI Image Editor account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. Please consider carefully before cancelling your account.
4.2 If you decide to cancel your Nara Studio: AI Image Editor account, you fully understand and acknowledge that after account cancellation, you will no longer have any rights related to that account, including but not limited to:
  1. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in or use Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services with that account;
  2. After your account is deleted, all content, information, data, and records that you have logged in and used through this account to access Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services will be deleted or anonymized. You will no longer be able to search, access, obtain, use, or retrieve them, including but not limited to: account information (avatar, nickname, signature, etc.) and linked information.
  3. Once an account is cancelled, its transaction history will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
  4. After an account is cancelled, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to cease providing the user with any account-related services.
  5. any rights and future benefits that have been generated but not yet consumed in Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services by canceling your account .
4.3 Before you apply to us to cancel your Nara Studio: AI Image Editor account, in order to protect your account security and property rights, you must first check and ensure that the account you are applying to cancel meets the following conditions simultaneously, including but not limited to:
  1. This account was registered by the user through official channels and complies with this agreement and relevant regulations; it is your own account.
  2. Follow the prescribed cancellation procedure to complete the cancellation process;
  3. The account is in a secure state, including: not currently in the process of requesting password recovery or changing phone number; no pending complaints or reports; and no other unsecured/abnormal states.
  4. There are no pending transactions in the account;
  5. Other conditions that should be met.
4.4 Once your Nara Studio: AI Image Editor account is cancelled, all related user agreements and other rights and obligations documents you have signed with us will terminate accordingly (unless otherwise agreed to remain in effect or otherwise stipulated by law). At the same time, you acknowledge and agree that even if your account is cancelled, it will not reduce or exempt you from any responsibilities you may have to bear during the term of this agreement in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, agreements, rules, etc.

、 intellectual property

5.1 All content on Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services, including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, website architecture, website layout, and web page design, are legally owned by Nara Studio: AI Image Editor or its affiliates, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, and trade secrets.
5.2 Without the written consent of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor or its affiliates, you may not use, modify, decompile, copy, publicly distribute, alter, distribute, publish, or publicly publish any content from Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and its services.
5.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , nothing in these Terms of Service grants you the right to use any of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor ’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names and other distinctive brand features.
5.4 Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation, and you will be liable for damages if you violate this obligation.
5.5 You understand and agree that all text, images, videos, audio, etc., uploaded and published when using Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services are original works of yours or have been legally authorized. The intellectual property rights of any content you upload and publish through Nara Studio: AI Image Editor belong to you or the original copyright holder. If a third party raises objections regarding copyright or other legitimate rights, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to delete the relevant content according to the actual situation and has the right to pursue your legal liability. You shall be fully liable for any losses caused to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor or any third party.

、 User Behavior Guidelines

7.1 When using Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services, the following laws and regulations should be complied with:

  2. Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China
  3. Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information System Security of the People's Republic of China
  4. Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software
  5. Regulations on the Administration of Internet Electronic Bulletin Board Services
  6. Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Disseminate Information Online
  7. Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China
  8. Other laws and regulations concerning computers and the Internet.
In any event, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor may terminate its services to a user at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the user's behavior may violate the aforementioned laws and regulations.
7.2 Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
  1. Creating, uploading, copying, transmitting, or disseminating any content that opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, undermines national unity, undermines ethnic solidarity, damages national honor and interests, incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermines ethnic unity, violates national religious policies, promotes cults and feudal superstitions, is obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or incites crime, insults or defames others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, or other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, or other objectionable content including but not limited to information, data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, information, or other materials;
  2. Falsifying titles or otherwise manipulating identification data to mislead people into believing that the content was delivered by Nara Studio: AI Image Editor ;
  3. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting content that one is not authorized to transmit (such as internal or confidential information);
  4. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting content that infringes on any person's intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets;
  5. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting advertising letters, promotional materials, "spam," etc.
  6. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting information about software viruses or other computer code, files, and programs that interfere with, damage, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment;
  7. Users must ensure that their uploaded content does not violate the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Radio and Television, including but not limited to the "Regulations on the Administration of Internet Audio-Visual Program Services" (Order No. 56 of the State Administration of Radio and Television), and that their uploaded programs comply with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and departmental rules. Uploaded content must not contain the following content:
    1. Those who oppose the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;
    2. Endangering national unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity;
    3. Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
    4. Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity, or violating ethnic customs and habits;
    5. Disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
    6. Inducing minors to commit crimes and glorifying violence, pornography, gambling, and terrorism;
    7. Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the personal privacy or other legitimate rights and interests of others;
    8. Harmful to social morality and damaging to the excellent cultural traditions of the nation;
    9. Other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.
  8. If the uploaded content provided by the user contains information or content that violates the above policies, laws and regulations, the user shall bear all adverse consequences arising therefrom. If this causes adverse consequences for Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses incurred.
  9. Harm minors in any way;
  10. Impersonating any person or organization, or making false or misleading statements or claims that one is associated with any person or organization;
  11. Interfering with or damaging Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services or servers and networks connected to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and services, or failing to comply with the provisions of this Agreement;
  12. Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other legally binding norms;
  13. Without the prior express written permission of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , you may not, in any way (including but not limited to any automated programs, scripts, or software such as robot software, spider software, or web crawler software), or for any reason, obtain the platform's services, content, or data, either by yourself or by entrusting others to do so;

    14. 、 Disclaimer

8.1 We shall not be liable for any inability to provide services due to the following reasons:
  1. Our system is undergoing maintenance or upgrades;
  2. Due to force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks;
  3. Your device's hardware/software, communication lines, and power supply lines are malfunctioning.
  4. This is due to your improper operation or use of our services in a manner that is not authorized or approved by us;
  5. The cause may be due to viruses, Trojans, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failure, communication failure, power failure, bank-related reasons, third-party service defects, or government actions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will take reasonable action to actively promote the restoration of normal service.
8.2 Under no circumstances shall Nara Studio: AI Image Editor be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or criminal damages, including loss of profits suffered by you as a result of your use of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor 's total liability to you, regardless of cause or manner, shall never exceed the fees (if any) you have paid to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor for using the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor software and related services .

、 User-uploaded content

9.1 Content uploaded by users to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor represents only their personal positions and opinions, and does not represent our position or opinions. As the publisher of the content, you are solely responsible for the content you publish. All disputes arising from the published content shall be borne by the publisher of the content, who shall bear full legal and joint liability. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor assumes no legal or joint liability.
9.2 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor cannot guarantee the accuracy of content that users publish, upload, disseminate, or reproduce.
9.3 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to process illegal or non-compliant content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor . Nara Studio: AI Image Editor cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal activities or the corresponding handling. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor will comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
9.4 You understand and agree that this agreement is based on compliance with national laws and regulations, upholding public order and good morals, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of others. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor will make its best efforts to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but does not guarantee that Nara Studio: AI Image Editor's judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial or administrative authorities. You understand and agree to bear the consequences arising therefrom.

、 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 The validity, interpretation, modification, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation between us and you. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court of the defendant's domicile.

、 Service changes, interruptions and termination

11.1 You understand and agree that Nara Studio: AI Image Editor may change the service content, or may interrupt, suspend or terminate the service based on adjustments to its business strategy.
11.2 You understand and agree that in the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , Nara Studio: AI Image Editor may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party; Nara Studio: AI Image Editor may also, upon unilateral notification to you, transfer some or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance.
11.3 You understand and agree that if you violate relevant laws and regulations, this agreement, or other relevant agreements of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor , Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of services to you without notice.
11.4 After Nara Studio: AI Image Editor terminates its services to you, it has the right to delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws, and also has the right to continue to retain other content and information that you have left on our platform in accordance with the time limit and manner of laws and regulations.
11.5 You understand and agree that the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor operator needs to perform regular or irregular maintenance or repairs on the services or related equipment provided. The Nara Studio: AI Image Editor operator shall not be liable for any service interruption within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, but the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor operator shall give prior notice as much as possible.

、 Fee Terms

12.2 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor reserves the right to determine the pricing methods and standards for its built-in services, and reserves the right to adjust its pricing policy at any time as needed. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor does not provide price protection or refunds should a service be subject to price reductions or promotions .
12.3 The payment method used by users when purchasing built-in services of Nara Studio: AI Image Editor is provided by a third party. Nara Studio: AI Image Editor is not responsible for any delays, errors or other issues that may occur during the payment process.
12.4 You acknowledge and agree that the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service is an online and virtual product, pay-as-you-go. The Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership fee is the price of the online product corresponding to the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service you purchase , and is not a prepayment, deposit, down payment, or savings card. Once activated, the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service is non-transferable and non-refundable (except in cases of breach of contract such as significant defects in the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service rendering it completely unusable, as otherwise stipulated in this agreement, as required by laws and regulations, or as determined by Nara Studio: AI Image Editor after contacting customer service). If you do not accept the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service, you may stop using or renewing the Nara Studio: AI Image Editor Premium Membership Service.

、 Terms of Use for Minors

13.1 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor places great importance on the protection of minors. If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and use Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services only after obtaining your guardian's consent.
13.2 Minors understand that if you violate laws and regulations or the contents of this agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all legal responsibilities that may arise therefrom in accordance with laws and regulations.
13.3 To better protect the privacy rights of minors, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor reminds you to be cautious when publishing content containing materials related to minors. Once published, it is deemed that the user agrees to Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services displaying the information, image, voice, etc. of minors, and allows Nara Studio: AI Image Editor to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this agreement.

、 Third-party links

14.1 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor and related services may provide links to other international internet websites or resources. Unless otherwise stated, Nara Studio: AI Image Editor has no control over the services of third-party websites, and Nara Studio: AI Image Editor shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on such websites or resources . 、 Terms and Conditions Changes and Notifications

15.1 Nara Studio: AI Image Editor reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement as necessary. Please check the relevant information periodically. Continued use of the services covered by this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the modifications; if a user disagrees with the modifications, they should terminate this Agreement and cease using the related services.
